What you’ll do
- Perform installations, PM visits and breakdown response at customer sites
- Conduct IQ/OQ/PQ, calibration and validation activities
- Coordinate with application specialists for method setup
- Maintain accurate service records and CRM entries
What you bring
- BE/Diploma in Biomedical/Electronics/Instrumentation
- 2–5 years experience with clinical-lab instruments
- Willingness to travel across the region
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer skills
